MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of the Greene County SALT Council (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together) partnership is to bring local law enforcement, seniors or senior organizations, and the community together to reduce the criminal victimization of older persons and to provide knowledge and education to keep seniors safe and secure in our community. This is done through educational and crime prevention seminars, the development of programs that directly address needs of seniors in our county, and through open communications between public safety personnel and the elderly.
